Daniel Christopher is an extraordinarily gifted and tireless student, and yet a victim of the French presidential system.In 2015, France introduced so-called anti-terrorism laws and a prolonged state of emergency that, in practice, restricted the ability to challenge state agents and, above all, silenced children’s right to speak out when they suffer abuse by state personnel.
After coming to power in 2017, the President of the French Republic, consolidated these exceptional powers by reintegrating anti-terrorism measures into ordinary law and extending them across multiple levels of governance.France is a particular country. The France President accumulated immense powers in his own hands.
A single individual exercises decisive control over the nation’s direction.
In March 2020, governments around the world declared a so-called “sanitary emergency,” leading to the adoption of exceptional and, in many cases, abusive legislation.
In France, however, senior political leaders,who had already placed the country under a prolonged state of emergency following the 2015 terrorist attacks,took advantage of this new context to impose even more suffocating measures on the population, particularly targeting children, adolescents, and families.This normalization of emergency powers has been widely used to control political opposition and the broader population.Many opponents of the current French President have faced criminal accusations, creating a climate in which dissent is easily criminalized.This concentration of power also makes it nearly impossible for citizens to obtain assistance for their children, whether from the state or from opposition groups.

forcibly imposed on all French schools primary, middle, and high schools.In 2021 France President chose to dismantle in chaos key parts of the education system breaking long-standing procedures under the pretext of “ smokescreen Flags”.The President’s political group is skilled at selecting issues that resonate with public demands, then using them as a smokescreen to hide additional laws and rules that advance its own ideology and have little or nothing to do with the “flag law” original purpose.(This atmosphere of chaos occurs since 2018 every year at critical decision moments, when children are about to sit national examinations or undergo Scholl’s selection’s)
creating widespread chaos in students’ lives.Students who happened to be enrolled at the public state middle school, high school " Lycée Henri-IV" public in 20221, as was the case for Daniel Christopher, were thrown into instability.
The President of France, was a student at middle school high school Lycée Henri-IV, and seems to have harbored a long-standing hate , unacknowledged resentment toward it.
At the same time, France President government implemented another catastrophic reform, presented as a measure intended to help “children from modest French families"
In reality, this mechanism obscurely reclassified modest and even poor families as “rich ” based on false or distorted criteria, excluding strong academic students-modest backgrounds to access to notes selective public high schools.
Falsely attributing the status of “wealthy” to poor or modest families in order to discriminate against their children is particularly malicious.
In Paris, many low-income families including cleaners, caregivers, babysitters, and other precarious workers live in “chambres de bonne” with their children on last upper floors, with several families sharing a single toilet.Under the new rules introduced in 2021 by new France President government, these families were nevertheless classified as “Rich” excluding them from access to numerous public schools..These same families also lacked the financial means to enroll their children in private schools
Many high-achieving students from modest backgrounds were punished, excluded, pushed out of its school system.
Any opposition or challenge raised by children parent’s, families , educators, teachers, systematically met with the misuse of “anti-terrorism France laws ” measures, diverted from their original purpose.Amid this chaotic imposition of new rules within the education system, certain adults exploit the resulting disorder to take advantage of children and profit from the chaos in schools.At this 2021-2022 Chos, at Daniel Christopher’s middle school–high school an adult allegedly exploited his position within the institution, engaging in inappropriate conduct and making improper demands of teenagers.Complaints from parents ultimately resulted in his departure from the middle school -high school at the end of 2021.
But he was later appointed by France government to another role within a state body involved in managing students’ registration for national examinations.
Since then, securing Daniel’s registration for the national examinations has been an ongoing struggle.
For the past four years, nearly every step related to the national exams both the final middle-school and high-school examinations, has been obstructed.The same individual from his new senior position within a state Top body, has contacted every school Daniel Christopher has attended after 2022, repeatedly contributing to an ongoing pattern of harassment.In 2023 France’s presidential system carried to an even higher level, discrimination and abuse against children from modest familiesFrance’s presidential government decided to open up parents’ tax filings.Once again, this measure was presented to the public and to the media as a way to “help poor children gain access to education.”However, the law text also introduced hide additional, obscure provisions that opened up families’ highly sensitive personal data and specific databases containing details about each student’s family situation.Also in 2023, another measure suddenly and directly impacted children.Emmanuel Macron appointed Gabriel Attal as Minister of Education, the first openly gay Minister of Education (and one of the first openly gay ministers overall).
It seems the issue was not Gabriel Attal’s sexuality.
LGBT organizations and some media outlets even criticized Gabriel Attal for not being “gay enough.”Out of Control adults suddenly appeared out of nowhere , behaving aggressively and engaging in inappropriate conduct toward children, as if something had drastically changed in children’s fundamental rights in France , especially their right to be treated as children, not as hypersexualized objects.This state agents appear driven by uncontrolled impulses, acquire powers resembling those of police officers, tax officials, investigators, or social services, without the same clear role boundaries acting as though they are beyond accountability.
The parents’ tax filings accessible at school made it visible to many adults which children came from families with no means to escape persecutionThis state agents in France are protected by a broad sense of impunity, reinforced by post-2021 security/anti-terror measures that, in practice, can make it nearly impossible for a child to report or formally identify inappropriate acts, inappropriate demands, when the alleged harasser is a school-linked state agent.The parents who report or formally identify inappropriate acts will automatically be labelled as “terrorists”.
The child who report or formally identify inappropriate acts from a state agent will be treated as a terrorist, taken from their family and placed in a notorious state child institution away from his family.
( In France state child institutions, abuses has been widely reported).From September 2023 onward, Daniel Christopher’s parents, were subjected to repeated emails and phone calls from the middle-school -high-school personnel about their tax filings social economical low level.
The school staff insisted very aggressively on to “help” Daniel Christopher over the phone, with “better conditions for studying.”
They claimed the high school had, student rooms, intended to facilitate closer academic supervision,
Daniel Christopher was one of the top two students in his class and, according to his teachers, among the top three students in the entire high school.
There was no justification for disrupting the conditions of a successful student .Daniel Christopher was them harassed at an extremely severe level by another adult who tried to force him to attend his ballet class at school. Everyweek for months.The adult recruited as a sports teacher, began to harass Daniel at unimaginable levels.
The adult recruited as a sports teacher had already, the previous year, given other troubling behaviors.
This state-employed sports teacher was obsessed with compelling Daniel to attend his own ballet class at school.
When Daniel refused, citing medically documented reasons, This state-employed sports teacher allegedly filed reports to state authoritie.The harassment escalated into a massive, campaign of persecution.
Daniel Christopher was no longer allowed to attend classes normally.
Adult repeatedly approached him, disrupting his classes, and he was summoned again during lesson time.The adult Staff member threatened Daniel Christopher when he tried to attend the meeting’s accompanied by his two official class delegates. The class delegates were two girls.
They wanted him to go alone to this meeting with the adult men.
When Daniel Christopher’s parents protested these repeated summons in writing to the the school, they received a threatening reply.

The head stated that parents had no authority to prevent Daniel from being summoned at school .He claimed that he “only wanted to help” given Daniel Christopher excellent academic results.
However, he added that if the parents “continued to speak in the same tone,” he would file a report about Daniel with the two state authorities that monitor delinquency, terrorism-related, and parental mistreatment.Daniel Christopher has never shown any delinquent behavior at any point in his life.School staff members live on the school premises, and their offices are located within their on-site accommodation.
Daniel Christopher refused to attend these meetings alone with adults is for legitimate safety reasons.
At France teenager's know it is not safe to be trapped alone with an adult at french school's.The situation escalated to a disturbing level: fake school “competitions” in an apparent attempt to lure Daniel Christopher alone into an adult’s office to a school “exam”.
Neither the two class delegates nor any of the other students received the same “school competition.”
This makes it appear that each student could be given a different, individual, unique “competition appointment” designed to lure one student alone into an adult’s office.The high school library no longer allowed Daniel Christopher to borrow advanced textbooks in mathematics, physics, or foreign languages.Since middle school, Daniel had been allowed to borrow advanced books. Daniel’s extensive knowledge in mathematics, physics, languages, and other subjects of interest came primarily from books borrowed from school libraries.
Every year, far too many underage students are lured — often during class hours — inside schools, middle schools, and high schools, into the private offices of adults, where they later report physical and psychological assaults.
Daniel Christopher s grades, are exceptional.
He has straight A’s in nearly every subjectBut none of this seems to matter.France, that call itself the cradle of human rights, has become a nation where its leaders’ obsession with power and sexual ideology now overshadows their duty to protect the most innocent and the nation children.
Harassment is a deeply destructive thing for adults, but especially for young people who have no means to survive it.
Daniel Christopher parent's moved to another country , enrolled him in a French Lycée, only to discover that there was no escape to their son.The Education Ministry decided that Daniel Christopher should take his national exams in the very same high school against which we had filed an official police complaint
a complaint that had already been pending for eight months.
The Education Ministry considered it normal to summon a student to take important national exams inside the very school he had fled, horrified by the lies , forgeries, sexual harassement.
Escape harrasement aw the only solution possible.
Daniel Christopher was stripped of his right to take his final high school exams.
Without a high school diploma — without the French Baccalauréat — the doors of European universities are closed to him.
Thirteen years of schooling, thousands of hours spent studying in the evenings, on weekends, and during holidays gone up in smoke.

On the other side of the world, in the United States, tuition fees are immense.
Today, the cost of studying overseas threatens to steal the future that Daniel Christopher earned through courage, perseverance, and hard work.
We are therefore making an appeal for investment in Daniel Christopher’s education.
We make this appeal because he is a remarkable student in every discipline, and also an exemplary student.
We ask for support so that Daniel Christopher may find his place among other brilliant peers and exceptional teachers.
